Last updated: 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Nicholas Anthony Orlando II (“Nick,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit nickorlando.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it. By using the Site, you accept the practices described below.
— 01
When you contact us, request a home valuation, or subscribe to the newsletter, we collect what you submit — name, email, phone, property location, timeline, price range, and any context you share about your move.
We also collect basic, non-identifying technical information automatically: page views, referring site, device type, browser, and approximate location. You can browse the Site without providing personal information; some features (contact form, newsletter, valuation request) require it to function.
— 02
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, send the newsletter you subscribed to, follow up on a valuation or showing request, and improve how the Site works.
If you opted in, we may send periodic emails about market updates, listings, neighborhood reports, or Nick's content. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
— 05
The Site links to other websites — Instagram, TikTok, our brokerage, and others. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their privacy practices. When you leave nickorlando.com, the destination's privacy policy and terms apply.
— 06
We use industry-standard measures, including SSL encryption for data in transit, to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security — but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.
— 07
We keep information only as long as needed to fulfill the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law (for example, tax, accounting, or real-estate transaction records). When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it. Newsletter subscribers' data is kept until you unsubscribe.
— 08
You have the right to:
To exercise any of these, email nick@nickorlando.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
We may decline a deletion request if retention is necessary to: complete a transaction you initiated, comply with a legal obligation, detect security incidents or fraud, exercise free-speech rights, or for another reason permitted by law. We'll explain the reason if we can't fulfill a request.
— 09
If you live in California, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA): the right to know what personal information we collect about you, the right to request deletion, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we don't sell it), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
Under California's “Shine the Light” law, you may also request, once per year, a list of third parties to whom we disclosed personal information for direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year. We don't share information for third-party direct marketing.
To make any of these requests, email nick@nickorlando.com with “California Privacy Request” in the subject line.

The Site is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
— 11
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be made obvious. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
If you don't agree with this policy, please don't use the Site or submit information through it.
