Zillow won't tell you which neighborhoods are changing fast, which are overpriced for what you get, or what it actually feels like to live there. That's what the first conversation is for.

Can you help me decide between NYC and the suburbs?

Yes — it's one of the most common conversations I have. It depends on your commute, your school requirements, your lifestyle, and what your money actually buys in each market. I cover both regularly, so I can give you a real picture of either option without pushing you one way. My job is to help you make the right call, not to close a deal.

Do I need to be in town to start the process?

No. We start with a video call and a virtual neighborhood walkthrough, so you have a real sense of your options before you fly in. By the time you're on the ground, you already know which areas fit and which to skip.
