Guiding every next step.
The market, covered. Your home, sold. Licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
I've lived in Brooklyn long enough to watch neighborhoods change in real time, and I've spent years documenting it for an audience that follows along. So when a new development reshapes a corridor or a building shifts where buyers want to be, I'm not catching up — I've already covered it.
More than 20 years in healthcare sales and marketing taught me how to operate in high-stakes rooms where preparation was the edge that mattered. That same discipline shapes how I price, position, and negotiate every listing.
I also spent ten years on my co-op's Board of Directors as Secretary, Treasurer, and eventually President — reviewing hundreds of applications and running the building. Most agents learn how co-op boards actually work in the middle of a transaction. I learned before I had a license.
Add a public platform with over 1.4 million views of hyperlocal NYC coverage, and you end up with something straightforward: an agent whose work and audience are already in the neighborhoods you're selling in.
Years of covering this market — development fights, pricing shifts, neighborhood momentum — applied directly to your property. That's the difference between listing a home and positioning one.

I live in Brooklyn with my wife, Snezhana, and our mini Bernedoodle, Milo. When I'm not selling homes or covering the city, you'll find me exploring new restaurants, traveling, or diving into design and architecture.
Search your neighborhood on my Instagram or TikTok. The work is already there.
