— 01 / Origin Story

Real estate isn't a career I fell into. It's where two decades of work converged.

I've lived in Brooklyn long enough to watch neighborhoods change in real time, and I've spent years documenting it for an audience that follows along. So when a new development reshapes a corridor or a building shifts where buyers want to be, I'm not catching up — I've already covered it.

More than 20 years in healthcare sales and marketing taught me how to operate in high-stakes rooms where preparation was the edge that mattered. That same discipline shapes how I price, position, and negotiate every listing.

I also spent ten years on my co-op's Board of Directors as Secretary, Treasurer, and eventually President — reviewing hundreds of applications and running the building. Most agents learn how co-op boards actually work in the middle of a transaction. I learned before I had a license.

Add a public platform with over 1.4 million views of hyperlocal NYC coverage, and you end up with something straightforward: an agent whose work and audience are already in the neighborhoods you're selling in.

You're not getting a research session. You're getting the whole feed.

Years of covering this market — development fights, pricing shifts, neighborhood momentum — applied directly to your property. That's the difference between listing a home and positioning one.

We had a fantastic experience working with Nick to sell our co-op in Brooklyn. His deep knowledge of the local market helped us price and position the apartment strategically, leading to strong interest right away. Even more impressive was his steady guidance through the co-op board process — he anticipated hurdles before they arose and worked closely with all parties to keep things on track.
